Eleanor Barr is an AI Product Manager at GSK, where she leads product for the computational pathology team to support research across R&D.

Before joining GSK, Eleanor spent several years at Syneos Health, where she transitioned from healthcare communications into product management and went on to spearhead Generative AI product development across Europe. During this time, she built new AI capabilities, launched cross-functional pilot programmes with clients, and helped define adoption frameworks for emerging technologies within real-world scientific and commercial settings.

Eleanor holds an MSci in Natural Sciences and has built her career around using AI to make a tangible difference in complex environments. She is driven by a commitment to ensuring that advances in machine learning translate into better decisions, better treatments and, ultimately, better outcomes for patients.
