Monika Lamba Saini is a highly skilled professional currently serving as the Global Translational Pathology Leader at ADC Therapeutics since August 2024, where strategic leadership is provided to enhance the understanding of diseases and to implement translational research strategies for developing novel therapeutics. In addition, Monika is an Education Committee Member at the Digital Pathology Association, contributing to webinars and academic content. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Digital Pathology Innovation and Pathology Research Scientist at IQVIA Laboratories, focusing on digital pathology and AI-driven trials, and as a Pathologist and Principal Investigator at CellCarta, specializing in histopathological evaluations of cancers and immune-oncology therapies. Monika also has an extensive academic background, including a PhD in Biomedical Sciences and a Doctor of Medicine degree in Pathology from esteemed institutions.
